A reading app for listeners
SublimeRead narrates the books you already own (EPUB or PDF) so you can finish the ones you keep meaning to read.
SublimeRead started from a simple problem: a stack of books we wanted to read but never sat down with. Listening turned that stack into finished books. So we built an app that reads to you in a natural voice and highlights each sentence on the original page.
How it works
Upload an EPUB or PDF, choose a voice, and press play. Your place, speed, bookmarks, and highlights sync across your devices.
Bring your own books
There's no store and no catalog to buy from. You bring the books you already have, and they stay yours. See pricing or start reading.
Web pages too
With the SublimeRead extension for Chrome, SublimeRead also reads articles and other web pages aloud in the same voices, highlighting each sentence on the page.
